We started a Bubble Tea store in Rotterdam and started to fall in love with making great Matcha drinks. This lead us to a journey to Japan to try the world's best Matcha and Matcha infused foods. This lead us to the small farm today that produces our Matcha in the Honyama region. Keeping close contact with our friends that own the farm we can ensure the best quality Matcha for a reasonable price. Because we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy the benefits Matcha.

From there we started selling our Matcha to our friends and family and they loved it. We slowly expanded by selling our Matcha on farmers markets and the demand only grew. Therefore we decided to sell our products online so everyone can enjoy great Shizuokan quality Matcha.

After just selling Matcha we started thinking about the foods we can create with Matcha to make unhealthy snacks just a little bit healthier. So we started creating a Matcha Soft Serve in collaboration with Tea Up and it was a hit. We also loved chocolate and we really missed a great Matcha chocolate bar. We went on a chocolate journey in Belgium and found our choice of chocolate: Belcolade.
